Privacy Policy

Last updated October 11, 2026. How ARKHIVE collects, uses and protects personal information on arkv.io. The summary comes first; the full policy follows.

In short

We collect only what you send us through the site’s forms, plus the basic technical data any website receives.
We use it to answer you, review applications and send the updates you asked for. We do not sell it.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe, at any time.
Form submissions are stored in Canada. Some of the providers we use process data in the United States.

01Who we are and what this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how ARKHIVE Technologies Ltd. (“ARKHIVE”, “we” or “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information through arkv.io (the “Site”).

The ARKHIVE dApp at app.arkv.io, the mobile app, The ARK and the ARKHIVE Store may have their own privacy notices, which apply to those services.

02Person in charge of personal information

Our person in charge of the protection of personal information is our Chief Executive Officer. You can reach them at contact@arkv.io, with “Privacy” in the subject line.

03What we collect

Contact form: your name, email address, website, the type of inquiry and your message.
Creator applications: in addition, the type of asset, a revenue range, your audience and the links you choose to share.
Email updates and the launch list: your email address, the form you used and the page you were on.
Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request. We use it to run and secure the Site.
Site statistics: we measure overall use of the Site with privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not identify you.

Please do not send us government ID numbers, bank or card details, or wallet seed phrases or private keys through the Site. We never ask for them.

04How we use it

to answer your message and follow up with you;
to review creator, brand and partnership applications;
to send the ARKHIVE updates you signed up for, with an unsubscribe link in every email;
to operate, secure and improve the Site.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

05Consent

When you send a form, you consent to the use of your information for the purpose of that form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing or by writing to us.

06Cookies and similar technologies

The Site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The ARKHIVE Store preview keeps your saved designs and your cart in your own browser (local storage), on your device.

Some articles may embed content from other services, such as a video. Those services may collect data under their own policies.

07Service providers and where information is stored

We share personal information only with providers that help us run the Site, and only what each one needs:

Vercel Inc. hosts the Site and our form inbox. The inbox is stored in Canada; hosting can involve processing in the United States and other countries.
Formspree delivers contact form messages to our email.
Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.) manages our email updates and the launch list.
WordPress.com (Automattic Inc.) hosts our articles and their images.
Microsoft 365 hosts our email.

Some of these providers process information outside Quebec and Canada, mainly in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. We choose providers that commit to protecting personal information and to using it only to provide their service to us.

08How long we keep it

Messages and applications: as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months after our last exchange, unless the law requires longer.
Email sign-ups: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your address.
Technical logs: for the short periods set by our hosting provider.

09How we protect it

Access to personal information is limited to the people who need it. Information is encrypted in transit, and our providers use industry-standard safeguards. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a confidentiality incident creates a risk of serious injury, we will notify the people concerned and the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec, as the law requires.

10Your rights

Under Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, you can:

ask whether we hold personal information about you, and get a copy;
have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected;
withdraw your consent, or ask us to stop using or to delete your information;
receive the information you gave us in a structured, commonly used technological format.

Write to contact@arkv.io. We answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

11Children

The Site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 14. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. If a change significantly affects how we use your information, we will say so on the Site.
