Frequently asked questions

Short, plain answers about ARKHIVE, buying and owning, the ARKV token, EchoChain Rewards, the ARK and ARK Shards.

General

What is ARKHIVE?

A marketplace where things that are hard to buy a piece of, like revenue streams, memberships and artworks, become digital assets you can buy, hold and resell.

What is an NFT?

A one-of-a-kind digital certificate on a blockchain that shows who owns something. On ARKHIVE, each NFT is linked to something real. See the glossary for more terms.

How do I get started?

Open the dApp at app.arkv.io, connect a Solana wallet and browse the marketplace. A wallet is your account on the blockchain.

What wallets are supported?

Major Solana wallets, including Phantom, Solflare and Backpack.

Are there fees?

Most actions cost a very small Solana network fee. The marketplace fee depends on your tier, from 5% at Orbiter to 1% at Quantum. Some features or launches may require ARKV.

How is my data protected?

ARKHIVE uses on-chain verification, encrypted sign-in and decentralized storage to protect your information and assets.

What is coming next?

New tools, marketplace improvements, AI upgrades, more Real World NFT types and more of the ARK.

Buying and owning

What do I actually own when I buy?

An NFT in your wallet that is linked to a real benefit: a share of revenue, a perk, a raffle ticket or a physical item kept in the vault.

How do Revenue Share payouts work?

The business deposits the holders’ share in USDC, a digital dollar, on the agreed schedule. A smart contract splits it between holders automatically.

Can I sell what I bought?

Yes. Assets can be resold on the ARKHIVE marketplace. The buyer receives the benefits that follow.

What happens to physical items?

They stay in the ARKHIVE vault so they can change owner without shipping. Ship one home whenever you like; after that, its NFT stops trading.

What is the ARK Score?

An AI-built rating on every listing that sums up an asset’s track record, demand and price. It is a guide, not a guarantee.

ARKV token

What can I do with ARKV?

Pay platform fees at a discount, reach higher tiers, get early access to drops and airdrops, and raise your Echo Score.

How much do I save on fees?

Up to 10% when you pay platform fees in ARKV.

How fast are ARKV transactions?

ARKV runs on Solana, so transfers are fast and cost very little.

Where can I buy ARKV?

On Solana decentralized exchanges such as Jupiter. Centralized exchange listings are planned.

EchoChain Rewards

What are EchoChain Rewards?

EchoChain scores your activity on ARKHIVE. ARKHIVE sets aside 15% of platform revenue for rewards, and scores decide how it is shared.

How is my Echo Score made up?

Activity 60%, ARKV held over time 30% and the quality of your sales 10%.

Can I lose points?

No. EchoChain never deducts points as a penalty. Because scores are compared across all users, your share can change as others take part.

Who gets paid on the leaderboard?

The top five: 3%, 1%, 0.5%, 0.3% and 0.2% of total platform revenue.

The ARK

What is the ARK?

ARKHIVE’s 3D world in your browser. Explore rooms, see art, create NFTs and take on challenges.

Do I need a wallet?

No. You can explore as a visitor. A wallet saves your profile, progress and rewards.

Can I create NFTs inside the ARK?

Yes, in the Creation Lab.

Do I earn rewards in the ARK?

Yes. Time in the ARK, challenges and creative actions count toward your Echo Score.

ARK Shards

What is an ARK Shard?

A plaque with a secure NFC chip linked to your ARKHIVE NFT or real-world asset. Tap it with a phone to check it any time.

How does the tap work?

Hold an NFC-enabled phone to the shard. The chip confirms ownership and opens the asset’s on-chain profile, history and any perks or gated content.

Can the shard be damaged or tampered with?

The steel plaque resists heat, scratches, moisture and wear. The NFC chip is sealed inside with three custom 316 stainless steel bolts, which makes tampering extremely difficult.

Does each shard come with a certificate?

Select editions include an NFC authentication card and a matching printed certificate.

Is the shard tied to only one NFT?

Each shard is linked to a specific asset, collection or edition. When ownership changes, the shard can be reassigned through your ARKHIVE wallet.

Do I need the shard to use my NFT?

No. The shard is an optional physical anchor. Your NFT works fully on-chain without it.
