Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to ARKHIVE. By accessing or using our art‑centric NFT platform on the Solana blockchain (“Services”), you agree that these Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your relationship with ARKHIVE. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Services immediately.
Account Registration and Security
To use ARKHIVE, you may connect a compatible Solana wallet and provide minimal profile information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wallet keys and any credentials you create. All actions initiated through your connected wallet are deemed your acts, and ARKHIVE disclaims any liability for unauthorized access, loss of funds, or fraudulent transactions arising from compromised credentials.
License to Use the Services
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ARKHIVE grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable right to access and use the platform. All intellectual property rights in the website, smart contracts, graphics, text, and other content remain the property of ARKHIVE or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to interfere with the operation of the Services or attempt to circumvent our security measures. Any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, deploy malicious code, reverse‑engineer smart contracts, or engage in disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited. ARKHIVE reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.
NFT Transactions and Blockchain Risks
All NFT minting, transfers, and token sales occur exclusively on the Solana network. ARKHIVE acts only as an interface to facilitate these on‑chain transactions and does not control the underlying blockchain. You accept all risks associated with network delays, forks, smart contract bugs, or permanent loss of tokens due to user error. ARKHIVE disclaims any responsibility for blockchain performance or failures beyond our direct control.
Token Vesting
By participating in the ARKV Initial Coin Offering (ICO), you acknowledge that 20% of your ARKV tokens will be released at launch, with the remaining 80% subject to linear vesting over a 16-month period.
ARKV Token
ARKV is a utility token designed solely for use within the ARKHIVE ecosystem. It does not represent equity, debt, or any form of security, nor is it intended for speculative investment. The token grants access to platform features, services, and digital tools on the ARKHIVE Network.
Risk Disclosures
Participation in the ARKHIVE ecosystem and the holding or use of ARKV involves inherent risks, including market volatility, regulatory uncertainty, and potential technical vulnerabilities. Participants are strongly encouraged to perform independent due diligence and consult qualified legal or financial advisors before engaging with ARKHIVE or acquiring ARKV.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ARKHIVE disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination and Suspension
ARKHIVE may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must stop using the platform. Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law will survive termination.
Modifications to the Terms
